The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this newly created role is essential in shaping the future of retirement solutions at HESTA. As the Retirement Specialist, you will collaborate with teams across HESTA to develop of innovative products, services, and experiences that empower our members to face the future with confidence and improve their retirement outcomes.
This role is for a strategic collaborator who excels at working in cross-functional teams- spanning data analysis, research, product development, and customer experience - to create comprehensive and forward-thinking solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring our strategies and propositions align with the evolving needs of our members through a holistic and integrated approach.

About You

As an experienced specialist, you possess deep expertise in the superannuation industry and are passionate about shaping products and experiences that support members in achieving retirement readiness. You have a proven track record of working in cross-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions.
Your knowledge extends to regulatory and legislative requirements, as well as market trends and emerging issues within the retirement landscape. You are commercially savvy, comfortable with diving into data and trends, and skilled in using technology to streamline processes and frameworks for efficiency and impact.
