Product Compliance Analyst

The opportunity


Due to HESTA’s growth agenda, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Compliance Analyst to liaise with key stakeholders across compliance, marketing, finance, member and employer facing teams to manage the fund’s regulatory obligations relating to product management. In this newly created role, you will be excited about a hands-on experience in applying product regulatory obligations, as well as showing initiative to shape, grow and adapt this role. 

This role will be based at our Melbourne head office however there is flexibility to work from home as agreed with the leader.  This is an exciting time to join as you work closely with the second line Compliance team to ensure first line controls remain within risk appetite in accordance with the enterprise Compliance Framework.

Reporting to the Manager – Product Compliance, this role is all about working with a variety of stakeholders regarding application of product obligations. You will be equipped with the skills for synthesis information from multiple sources, including manipulating, analysing and reporting on data. 


About you


To put yourself at the front of the line for this exciting role, you’ll have experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of working in a product analyst or compliance environment with exposure to compliance, marketing and projects.  Working knowledge of superannuation, pensions and insurance products and services is preferred coupled with experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative team.
