The opportunity

This member-centric role will be part of a team of Super Experts, responsible for providing phone-based general financial advice to help our members understand their super, and identifying members who would benefit from further personal financial advice. From time to time, you will also make proactive outbound contact to specifically targeted current members to discuss life stage superannuation considerations in relation to their retirement goals. 


Our members have spent their working lives helping others and we play a significant role in developing their financial confidence and retirement readiness.

About you


You have experience working within the financial services and/or superannuation sector and have a passion for helping members achieve improved  financial outcomes in retirement. You are skilled in influencing and empowering members to take positive action. You have a knack for communicating complex financial concepts in simple and easy to understand language. 


You must be RG146 qualified.
