The Role

 

We’re at an exciting stage of our growth at HESTA and as part of our Organisational Change team, you will tactically and strategically support business teams to navigate enterprise-wide change initiatives.  You’ll focus on the people side of change, working with all levels of the organisation to ensure everyone is included in and contributes to the exciting changes afoot at HESTA. 

 

This position is offered initially as a 12-month opportunity.
 
About you
 
With an innovative and collaborative mindset, you have significant experience in change management roles ideally in superannuation or the financial services sector with a focus on employee transition & regulatory change.
 
You will have strong experience in:

 

  • Developing & delivering change management and communication plans
  • Delivering end to end change including change impact, readiness and resistance

 

You’ll bring a record of achievement in complex enterprise-wide strategic change initiatives and be eager to apply that expertise to improving the retirement outcomes of over a million members.  Skilled at presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, you’re an accomplished manager of relationships and maintain a strong delivery mindset in everything you do.
