This 12-month contract is a genuine opportunity to develop your coordination and stakeholder skills within a team that manages some of the most significant external relationships in the fund. You will gain exposure to national events, sponsorship strategy, and cross-functional collaboration at a scale that few coordinator roles can offer. The breadth of work will fast-track your development and position you well for senior coordination, partnerships, or stakeholder relations roles in financial services and beyond. You will also be contributing to work that directly supports the retirement future of people in health and community services, which gives everything you do a clear sense of purpose.
About the Role
Supporting the General Manager Business Growth and the National Manager Key Stakeholder Relations, you will keep the Key Stakeholder Relations team running smoothly. From managing the national events calendar to coordinating sponsorship activity and maintaining CRM reporting, your work will directly enable the team to deliver on its national growth program.
About You
You are an organised, proactive coordinator who thrives when managing multiple priorities and takes genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly. You build strong relationships with ease, stay calm under pressure, and look for ways to improve how things work. ✅ Experience in a coordination or administration role, ideally in sales support, events, or customer service.
💻 Confident using CRM systems and the MS Office suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Optimy is a bonus.
🎯 Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
🎓 An undergraduate qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline.
📚 Knowledge of superannuation products and the financial services industry is highly regarded.
