As we deepen our in-house investment capability, we are looking for someone to help us unlock what artificial intelligence can do and accelerate Investment Management AI initiatives relating to the way we research, decide, and deliver investment excellence with impact for our members.

 

As the AI Enablement Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of two worlds: the investment management team who know what they need, and the technology teams who know how to build it. Your job is to make sure those two worlds understand each other — and that the right initiatives get built, adopted, and deliver real value for our members.
 

What you'll do

  • Manage the AI use case pipeline and intake process, including risk assessments, prioritise opportunities and drive progress through to delivery and adoption
  • Coordinate programme reporting, oversight forums and escalation pathways for AI initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery on track
  • Curate the IM prompt library and knowledge management resources so good practice is captured and shared
  • Support initiatives to develop and evolve a sustainable AI capability across the Investment Management team


About you

  • Solid understanding of AI tools, Claude or comparable platform, comfortable with prompt design, agentic workflows and an understanding of MCP architecture and underpinning data dependencies, to brief and challenge technology and delivery partners effectively
  • A track record of delivering measurable outcomes at pace, managing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders
  • Working understanding of AI governance, model risk and responsible AI practices, ideally within a regulated financial services setting
  • Career exposure and working knowledge of investment management processes
