Shape Our Members' Financial Futures!!

As our fund continues to grow and evolve into the future, we are looking for an experienced Superannuation Adviser to join our dedicated advice team at HESTA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our members' financial wellness through personalised guidance and limited personal advice.

Your day will see you:

•  Deliver limited personal advice and guidance on superannuation and retirement strategies to our members through one-on-one consultations
• Engage with our members through multiple channels to support their financial decision-making including attending our financial education seminars and workshops.  
• Create compliant, member-friendly Statements of Advice
• Collaborate with our Member Education, Growth, and Implementation teams
• Assist members with general queries and administration where needed.

About you:

Essential Qualifications:

• Current registration on ASIC Financial Advice Register (FAR)
• Successful completion of FASEA exam
• Valid Fit & Proper Persons declaration

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant degree from FASEA-approved provider
• Registered Tax (Financial) adviser status
• FASEA education requirements completed

Experience:

• Proven track record as a Financial Planner or Superannuation Adviser
• Strong understanding of advice processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience in financial services/superannuation sector
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Excellence in building client relationships
