HESTA Technology continues to expand its capability to support HESTA’s future ambition through the delivery of business solutions and innovative technologies that enable critical business outcomes.
The Technology Business Partner - Service Delivery is the strategic conduit between HESTA Technology and our Service Delivery partners for the purpose of delivering a delightful employee experience for technology services to our people.

The Service Delivery role provides a single interface for Technology to the business and our strategic partners to develop and optimize technology operations, strategic uplift of technology end user computing experiences with a focus on IT Service Management process, operational delivery of tools, resources and security to deliver on our employee experience outcomes.

 

About you

 

To be successful, you will need to have relevant work experience in a Service Delivery role with a demonstrable experience in leading continual process improvements. You will have experience in infrastructure, network, and end user application lifecycle management and oversight of managed service providers. Your commercial acumen, energy and passion to deliver great results will add immediate and long-term value to your team, all of HESTA and of course, our members.
