Careers with Impact
More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.
We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.
Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will sit at the center of a fast-moving, creative team and own the day-to-day coordination that keeps things running smoothly. You will build real relationships with senior leaders, sharpen your commercial instincts, and gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities - from campaign delivery to board reporting. This is a busy, varied role suited to someone who loves having lots of plates in the air, brings strong judgement, and takes pride in making things easy for the people around them.
Key things you will do in this role:
- Own diary, inbox, meeting notes, and travel coordination for the Head of Brand & Marketing and the broader team.
- Traffic jobs through the approvals process and keep campaigns moving efficiently through Compliance and Legal.
- Support the team's marketing technology stack, maintain SharePoint, manage the marketing inbox, and assist with periodic audits.
- Contribute to board reports, OKR dashboards, and internal communications, and lend a hand with events and special projects as they come up.
About you
You are someone who gets things done. Highly organised and with the interpersonal skills to work confidently at all levels, you pick up on what a team needs before they have to ask and bring a level of polish and care to everything you put your name to.
You will bring:
- Experience in an administration, marketing support, or team assistant role – you know how to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, with confidence managing calendars and email on behalf of senior stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and an instinct for proofreading and process.
- Curiosity about technology – you are open to using AI tools and new platforms to find smarter ways of working.
- Interpersonal confidence to work across a leadership team and hold your ground when chasing information or progressing approvals.
