Lead Compliance Partnering at HESTA!
Are you ready to make a significant impact on compliance within a leading superannuation fund? HESTA is searching for a dynamic Senior Manager Compliance Partnering to lead our compliance efforts and support our business teams in executing HESTA's compliance framework effectively. In this key role, you will:
•    Manage a Consistent and Effective Compliance Partnering Function 
•    Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Team
•    Forge Strong Business Partnerships
•    Oversee Effective Obligations Management
•    Drive Consistent Breach and Privacy Oversight Practices
•    Enhance Compliance Frameworks and Policies
•    Conduct Proactive and Reactive Compliance Assurance
•    Facilitate Training and Development
•    Deliver Insightful Reporting
•    Champion Continuous Improvement
 

About you:
We are looking for a seasoned compliance professional with broad expertise and experience in superannuation (including product, operations, investments, advice and member engagement). Your ability to lead teams, manage relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver through outsourced providers and adapt to evolving challenges will be crucial.
