Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to make your mark in a dynamic role that combines operational excellence with incident management? We're seeking a seasoned Insurance Operations Specialist to join our established team.

This unique opportunity offers a balance between insurance operations and incident management, allowing you to leverage your expertise across both domains. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Insurance & Underwriting Manager, while driving continuous improvement in our member offering and services.

 

Your day will see you:

  • End-to-end incident management, including root cause analysis and trend identification
  • Leading insurance collateral reviews and optimizing online member journeys 
  • Overseeing our vendor agreements with our insurer and administrator
  • Contributing to strategic insurance and underwriting initiatives 
  • Managing team workflows to meet service level agreements

 

About you:

  • 5+ years' experience in insurance and/or insurance operations
  • 3+ years' proven track record in incident remediation
  • Deep understanding of current insurance standards, legislation, and regulations
  • Strong group insurance product knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in insurance administration and servicing
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
  • Sharp analytical skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
