The opportunity
Are you a strategic finance leader ready to drive regulatory compliance, uplift budgeting and financial reporting, be curious to explore innovation and excellence in one of Australia's leading industry super funds? We're seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to lead our Enablement function and transform how we deliver value to our members.
Join our team and lead critical financial functions that directly impact our members' outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager - Finance & Procurement, you'll drive strategic financial initiatives and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals.
What you’ll do:
- Spearhead innovative financial reporting and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Transform business partnering through strategic insights and commercial acumen
- Lead expenditure management and sophisticated financial modelling
- Drive digital transformation through Power BI and Tableau implementations
- Champion member-focused outcomes through data-driven decision making
What you'll bring
- CA/CPA qualified with 15+ years of experience
- Proven track record leading innovative finance teams
- Strong expertise in financial ERP systems and digital transformation
- Deep understanding of superannuation industry regulations
