Looking for an exciting new challenge where your financial skills can really make a difference? 

Our Commercial and People team is excited to be seeking a talented Senior Finance Analyst who loves turning numbers into insights and initiatives into member value.

You’ll be part of a highly skilled, well-regarded Finance Team that supports critical initiatives and regulatory requirements. Day to day, you’ll be the go to person for financial modelling, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and benefits realisation.

You will maintain a close working relationship with project managers, sponsors and other business stakeholders including Senior Leadership. It’s a role where you can truly shape how projects are assessed, run, and measured — and ensure value is delivered to our members.

 

You’ll touch work like:

  • Modelling and analysis to support regulatory and risk management compliance
  • Business partnering support to project and initiative stakeholders
  • Income projections, product cost allocation and industry benchmarking analysis
  • Value-to-member benefits realisation analysis


About you:

You’ll have significant experience in financial modelling and project accounting in financial services, superannuation or a similar highly regulated environment.  This is a critical role within our organisation so naturally your functional expertise is supported by outstanding communication and relationship building skills and an ability to provide timely, accurate, value add advice to a wide variety of stakeholders to support sound decision making.

 

You will have:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
  • Proven experience uplifting and maturing cross functional processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex modelling and data analysis to diverse stakeholders, including the Executive Team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving ability — turning complexity into clear decisions.
  • Ability to translate technical information for non technical audiences.

 

In addition, the following will be highly regarded:

  • Membership of CPA, CA ANZ, or a similar professional body.
  • Finance ERP experience (TechnologyOne is advantageous).
