- Translate strategic outcomes into practical operational solutions and lead the transition of new processes into BAU.
Continuous Improvement & Insight

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk processes and tools, delivering insightful reporting and recommendations to senior risk leaders including the CRO.
What You’ll Bring
You are a strategic thinker and operational problem solver who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive meaningful improvement.
You bring:
- Significant experience in operational risk management and operational/process excellence (ideally within superannuation or financial services).
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale process improvement or operational redesign initiatives.
- Experience developing standards, templates, frameworks and playbooks that enable scalable and consistent practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of seniority.
- A curious mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and the Three Lines Model, with experience using GRC systems such as Archer or Protecht.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in risk, finance, business or a related discipline.
