Support high-impact member administration projects at a purpose-driven super fund. Real complexity, real outcomes, real meaning!
12 month maximum term contract
You will support multiple member administration related streams of work within our Member Experience Portfolio. Working alongside experienced business sponsors and external specialists, you will oversee each stream from analysis through to closure
Your day will see you:
- Support end-to-end delivery of member administration workstreams, from scoping and business approval through to execution and post-implementation review.
- Manage regulatory response items in parallel, including change requests, cost tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure dependencies are managed and risks are escalated early.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and executives, bringing structure and calm to complex situations.
About you:
You are a composed, relationship-focused project manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring a squad together to get things done. You communicate with clarity at every level of an organisation and take genuine pride in doing the right thing for the people your work affects.
- Demonstrated project management experience in financial services, ideally in superannuation, fund administration, or a related regulated environment.
- Experience managing member administration, regulatory change, or incident response projects is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery and familiarity with the Atlassian suite; formal PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the presence and confidence to engage effectively with executive sponsors and leadership.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the resilience and accountability to see complex programs through to completion.
