Project Manager - Investment Systems Implementation – 12 Month Maximum Term Contract 

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of implementing investment systems and working with global vendors? Here's your opportunity to lead a transformative project at one of Australia's most respected industry super funds.
HESTA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new unlisted assets management system

What you'll do:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a major vendor system solution for unlisted assets management
• Work closely with the vendor to configure and customise the solution
• Manage complex data mapping and migration processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including our unlisted assets team and data specialists and our external investment managers

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience implementing investment systems with major vendors
• Strong background in financial services project management
• Experience with cloud-based system implementations
• Strong technical acumen with data management and system integration
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage
• Understanding of investment operations (unlisted assets knowledge highly desired)
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in both traditional and Agile methodologies
• Experience with investment platforms and market data vendors
