Are you an experienced Product Specialist ready to leverage your superannuation product knowledge and make an incredible impact? Join our growing business in this important role, reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Accumulation and partnering with various teams and service providers.
What You’ll Do:
The Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our products help HESTA members face the future with confidence and meet their needs. The Specialist will work closely with various teams to enhance product features, improve member experiences, and ensure propositions are aligned with members evolving needs.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Product research, development and management:
- Assist in the design, implementation and management of products, ensuring alignment with market trends, member needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular analysis and reviews of product offerings to identify opportunities for enhancements new features.
- Analysis and financial modeling to support the development of new products and changes to existing products.
- Support the Senior Manager of Accumulation Product in the preparation of collateral, reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders, including board and management papers.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, growth, and member service teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HESTA’s product suite, providing guidance and support across the organisation.
About You:
You’ll have experience in a similar product specialist, generalist or operations role working within the superannuation and/or financial services industry. This role would suit someone who is working within product teams as an analyst / assistant Product Manager and are looking to take the next step in their career.
Key to success will be your superannuation related product knowledge (including insurance and retirement), excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and ability work with/manage key internal stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in business or finance related discipline is essential.
