More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.
We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.
Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact
Be part of a team with a refreshing culture, led by a hands-on manager who genuinely invests in growing their people. The role spans APRA reporting, disclosure management, competitor benchmarking, and ratings agency relationships, giving you broad exposure and real room to build toward a senior specialist or leadership path. Your contribution will be visible, your ideas welcomed, and your work will matter.
About the role
Reporting to the Product Oversight Manager within HESTA’s Strategy team, you will play a hands-on role in keeping the fund’s products well-governed, compliantly disclosed, and competitively positioned. The work is broad by design: you will move between structured regulatory tasks and analytical projects, always with a clear link back to member outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate disclosure materials, including PDSs, Significant Event Notices, and product dashboards, keeping members informed and the fund compliant.
- Collate and complete APRA reports and Member Outcomes Assessment data, together with product governance reporting.
- Benchmark HESTA products against peers using industry tools, contributing valuable insights to the product and leadership teams.
- Maintain relationships with key ratings agencies, managing survey calendars, coordinating meetings and survey responses, and supporting contributions from the business.
About you
You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by work that connects to a bigger purpose. You ask “why”, not just “how”, and you are comfortable shifting between structured tasks and research-driven projects. If you have been looking for a product analyst, regulatory analyst, or fund operations role where you can grow your expertise while contributing to something meaningful, we would love to hear from you.
- Experience in superannuation, investments, or financial services where attention to detail and accuracy were non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated ability to work with financial and other data to produce meaningful insights and clear reporting.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience contributing to disclosure documents or regulatory submissions.
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams and engaging a range of stakeholders across compliance, legal, marketing, and investments.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline. RG146 compliance is desirable but not essential.
