We have an initial 6-month parental leave maximum term contract opportunity within our products team.
As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in the end-to-end reporting of our retirement and accumulation products, working in our Product Oversight Team. You’ll be responsible for product rating assessments and delivering insightful analysis to improve member experience and outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape the future of our product offerings and help us deliver critical product governance activities.
Your day will see you:
- Participate in research projects and initiatives to understand member needs and inform product development.
- Support the design, analysis, and ongoing maintenance of accumulation and retirement products.
- Prepare analysis and insights for product performance reviews, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Maintain key product governance documents and processes.
- Manage relationships with rating agencies, coordinate submissions and presentations, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
- Support APRA reporting, member outcomes assessments, and disclosure document preparation.
About you:
- 3-5 years’ experience in superannuation or financial services, ideally in a product-focused role.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, business analysis, and business case development.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information for a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline with a focus on financial analysis or modelling.
- Interest and experience in product governance, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
