About the role

 


Sitting within the Brand and Marketing team and working closely with the Experience Leadership Team, you will be the connective tissue between big ideas and real-world delivery. You will work alongside senior leaders to own the planning rhythm, track progress against OKRs, prepare executive-grade materials, and ensure every decision is anchored to HESTA's purpose.

 

  • Facilitate annual OKR-setting with senior leaders and keep quarterly metrics current and meaningful
  • Prepare roadmaps, progress updates, and workshop materials that help the Experience Leadership Team make sharp, informed decisions
  • Maintain compliance documentation aligned to regulatory requirements and support board-level reporting on strategic outcomes
  • Work across functions, including the CXO, Head Of and General Manager level stakeholders, to consolidate inputs and drive alignment

  • Proven experience translating strategy into executable plans, with a track record of keeping complex work on track and connected to the bigger picture
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to hold your own with senior leaders, Head Ofs, GMs, , building trust and alignment across the room
  • Agile experience and comfort working in sprint-based environments, including tools such as Monday.com, MIRO, or JIRA
  • Excellent written communication and facilitation skills, with experience crafting executive papers, strategy briefings, or workshop content that actually moves people to action
  • Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail, and the adaptability to pivot when things change without losing momentum or clarity
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, and a genuine enthusiasm for how great organisations plan, collaborate, and deliver
