This is a rare chance to sit at the intersection of people, process and technology., You will own the full lifecycle of P&C initiatives: diagnosing the problem, designing the solution and embedding lasting capability, while. getting hands-on with modern automation and AI tooling. The work you deliver will shape how P&C is experienced across the whole organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Leader, Organisational Effectiveness, you will identify, design and embed process improvements across People & Culture, translating operational pain points into automated workflows and self-service tools. You’ll partner closely with the People Enablement team on the technical build, while owning problem definition, requirements, stakeholder management and adoption end to end.
- Map, redesign and automate P&C workflows, defining clear requirements and partnering with Enablement to build across SuccessFactors and related platforms
- Lead self-service solution design so leaders and employees can complete people transactions independently.
- Manage a delivery program spanning capability, automation and self-service initiatives, maintain clear plans and accountability from kick-off through to BAU handover
- Partner with Change Partners to design and deliver adoption activities that build genuine confidence in new tools and ways of working.
About you
Ready to own meaningful P&C work from day one? We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to get things done across teams, and has a genuine track record of structured delivery, think progress tracking, risk escalation, and keeping stakeholders in the loop, a true Project Manager. If you've rolled up your sleeves with digital HR tools, workflow automation, or self-service platforms and love the idea of driving real process improvement, we want to hear from you.
