Careers with Impact

More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.

We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.

Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact

The way work gets done is changing fast, and we want our people to feel confident, capable, and curious about what's ahead. We're looking for an Organisational Development Specialist who understands how people learn, grow, and adapt, and who gets excited about the possibilities AI and technology bring to the way we work.

You'll be in the room with senior leaders, coaching them on what it means to lead in an AI-enabled world. You'll connect the dots across the organisation, linking talent strategy, leadership development, team effectiveness, and skills uplift into one approach that moves the needle. It's strategic and hands-on, people and technology, and you'll partner across teams to make sure everything you build is grounded in real business needs.

At a glance, you will:

  • Act as AI Coach to senior leaders, building confidence and capability in technology-led ways of working
  • Design and deliver an organisation-wide AI and technology capability plan across talent, leadership, and skills development
  • Facilitate workshops, forums, and coaching conversations that shift mindsets and build digital fluency
  • Identify critical skills gaps and lead targeted upskilling and reskilling initiatives
  • Use people analytics to track impact and partner across teams to align people and business strategy

What you bring:

  • Significant experience in organisational development, talent management, and leadership development with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful inititiatives
  • A confident facilitator who can hold the room, shift mindsets, and spark new thinking
  • Active curiosity and learning agility in AI and technology and its impact on how people work
  • Strong business acumen, trusted relationship-building skills, and qualifications in organisational psychology, HR, learning and development, or equivalent

If you're energised by helping others, see what's possible and want to play a meaningful role in shaping how an organisation prepares for the future, we'd love to hear from you.
