OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - ANNUAL STATEMENT & CORRESPONDENCE EXPERT 

Make Your Mark in Our Critical End of Year Program!

Are you an experienced superannuation operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail? We're looking for someone special to lead our End of Year Program and correspondence management!

Reporting to the Operations leader, your day will see you:

• Drive the successful delivery of our Annual Statement process, including overseeing the end-to-end annual statement delivery, managing critical timelines and dependencies and reviewing templates for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead operational correspondence governance 
• Partner with administrators to ensure seamless execution 
• Champion process improvements and risk management

About you:

• 3+ years in superannuation operations
• You have ideally worked at a superannuation administrator
• You've worked on the annual statement processes 
• You thrive in busy, deadline-driven environments 
• You're a natural project manager who gets things done
• Strong understanding of annual review processes
• Experience with regulatory compliance
• Excellence in stakeholder management
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to identify and correct potential errors
