Join HESTA’s GROW Partnership team in a high-impact Member Correspondence Lead role, where you’ll take ownership of member, employer, and adviser communications across various channels. This is your opportunity to shape how we communicate with our members – ensuring every interaction is clear, compliant, and delivers a seamless experience. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our End of Year Program, helping deliver essential regulatory and operational outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end correspondence delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of all correspondence (forms, letters, digital communications) – from design through to delivery – ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
Strengthen governance and quality
- Embed robust quality assurance practices, oversee data validation, and act as the subject matter expert for correspondence risk, incidents, and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement
- Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline and automate processes – reducing risk, improving turnaround times, and enhancing member outcomes.
Partner across the business
- Work closely with internal teams and key partners including our administrator and insurer to ensure seamless delivery and strong third-party coordination.
Support critical programs of work
- Contribute to HESTA’s End of Year Program, supporting annual statements and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, leading member correspondence and communications within superannuation or financial services.
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Strong track record in governance, risk management, and operational delivery.
- Experience improving processes and driving efficiency at scale.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors and partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- A talent for simplifying technical concepts into clear, inclusive and impactful correspondence.
- A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and analytical capability.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (business, marketing, law or related); RG146 advantageous.
