Are you ready to shape the future of people systems and analytics? Join HESTA in this newly created role, where you'll play a key part in building a future-ready workforce by driving data-driven strategies and optimising HR technologies.
Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Effectiveness, you’ll lead the optimisation of HR systems and analytics, ensuring innovative technologies and insights drive critical business decisions.
What you’ll do
- People Systems & Analytics Strategy – Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that enhance HR technology and data capabilities.
- Optimisation of People Systems & Digital Tools – Enhance Talent and Learning systems to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Workforce Analytics & Insights – Deliver predictive analytics and insights to support strategic workforce planning.
- HRIS Management & Optimisation – Lead system integration, automation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Leadership & Team Development – Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
About you
You bring significant experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in HRIS management, system optimisation, and integration—especially within SAP SuccessFactors. Your innovation mindset enables you to deliver complex people systems and analytics projects that align with strategic business objectives.
Your expertise in Power BI, AI-driven analytics, and data visualisation allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights, helping the business make informed decisions.
With exceptional stakeholder management and strong leadership skills, you thrive in guiding teams, influencing key decision-makers, and driving continuous improvement.
