We are on the lookout for high calibre talent to join our team in Melbourne. You will work in HESTA’s Investment Operations team and will be responsible for managing, implementing, and coordinating the daily pre and post trade mandate monitoring, compiling exposure and other risk reports as well as assisting the team with projects and initiatives. 
The ideal candidate will have undergraduate qualifications and a demonstrated experience in a similar role within a fund management or superannuation environment. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of investment operational processes and risks, have a familiarity with different asset classes, derivatives, and exposure calculations as well as an understanding of transaction lifecycles of listed and unlisted assets. You will also have experience with other compliance monitoring systems such as SimCorp, Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin or similar.
