About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, Investment Business Risk and Strategy, you’ll work collaboratively across the broader Investment Management team to provide senior level administrative support by:
- Implementing administrative processes to support agenda. and paper preparation, and action for Board, Investment Committee and other Board-level Committees, keeping timeframes, feedback and details on track
- Supporting the CIO and Heads of teams to run investment forums, collating documentation, administration, and preparing accurate minutes
- Facilitating the review cycle for Investment Management policies, working with stakeholders across the business
About you
You're an experienced Senior level Administrator/Assistant who navigates complexity with ease and initiates action rather than waiting for direction. You thrive on structure and detail, and you’re comfortable engaging confidently with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, bringing sound judgement and discretion to everything you do. You enjoy the detail work of documentation, process and continuous improvement and bring
- Experience managing or supporting a secretariat, Board or forum administration function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of investment governance frameworks and the superannuation industry advantageous
