HESTA is seeking experienced Integration Leads to play a key role in delivering our Risk Program – a strategic initiative strengthening how risk is embedded across the Fund. These are highly visible roles where you will lead complex streams of work and connect people, decisions and delivery across the organisation to ensure risk initiatives are practical, integrated and sustainable.
Working closely with the Business Sponsor (General Manager – Risk Strategy & Oversight), program team and senior leaders, you’ll help translate strategy into outcomes and ensure solutions are embedded into HESTA’s ways of working.
What You’ll Do
Lead and integrate enterprise initiatives
- Drive delivery of key initiatives within the Risk Program, ensuring strong alignment across business, risk, change and delivery teams.
- Lead integration of enterprise-wide risk improvements and embed them into operational practice.
Solve complex problems
- Facilitate structured problem solving across complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to design practical solutions across people, process, systems, governance and capability.
Influence and collaborate
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the Fund to build alignment and support effective decision-making.
- Lead working groups that bring together diverse expertise to deliver clear outcomes.
Manage risk and dependencies
- Identify and manage risks, issues and cross-stream dependencies early.
- Assess impacts of key decisions and support prioritisation across initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
You’re an experienced integration or transformation leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with the business to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You bring:
- Extensive experience delivering/working in large-scale transformation programs or risk uplift initiatives (ideally in superannuation, financial services or regulated environments).
- Proven ability to manage, lead and coordinate complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders, teams and program.
- Experience integrating policy, process, systems, governance and organisational capability changes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and the Three Lines Model.
- Experience partnering with project and change professionals in program delivery environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Confidence, credibility and communication skills to engage and influence across all levels.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while driving pragmatic, outcomes-focused solutions.
- Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or Protecht.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance, risk management or related discipline.
