As Implementation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting HESTA Advisers and members, ensuring a fast and streamlined experience for members as they implement advice outcomes. You’ll be responsible for strengthening our processes and systems to simplify administration and improve timeframes for superannuation administration.

Your day will see you:

  • Partner with both HESTA’s and external fund administrators to track and follow up on changes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing design and improvement of implementation processes and systems.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively based on importance and urgency, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of documentation, record-keeping, and process management.

About you:

  • Significant experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within superannuation or a similar member-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive information and documentation.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments is highly regarded.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills, work collaboratively across teams, and directly contribute to enhancing our member experience. If you are passionate about process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
