The opportunity  

Following the introduction of our new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management system (Archer), we are seeking a motivated GRC Systems Administrator to join our team in Melbourne. As an important member of our Risk team, you will play a pivotal role in for developing, maintaining, managing the system and services to ensure the provision of a quality, up-to-date platform that meets HESTA’s business requirements. 

About you 

Ideally, you have worked in a similar role with experience in the day-to-day administration of the application in development, test and production environments. You will be able to work configurations as required to ensure the system is fit for purpose and troubleshot issues arising from users. You will be familiar with developing system documentation and providing Level 1 and 2 support and training to users.  

You have a strong technical understanding of Archer including detailed understanding of obligations, risk, incidents, controls etc. You have demonstrated experience in being able to translate technical concepts and terminology to business users.
