Are you a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset?
HESTA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide facilities and operations support services across all HESTA office sites nationally. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations and support capital works programs to ensure every HESTA workplace is productive, safe, and aligned to our strategic goals.
Your day will see you:
- Work with the Facilities team to ensure HESTA’s facilities are maintained, coordinate vendors, and ensure facilities meet standards and HESTA’s strategic goals.
- Assist with maintaining the facility and asset records, manage seating allocations, allocate security access and implement service level agreements with reporting.
- Assist with budget development, reporting, and expenditure control; ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Support capital works and operational projects, monitoring costs, resources, and plans to meet timelines and budgets.
About you:
- Experience or exposure to building/facilities management environments.
- Experience in facilities management for large, geographically dispersed organisations.
- Experience in project management or coordination for facilities and operations.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating detailed, complex reporting and data management.
- Significant experience in a service and support environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
