Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for creating memorable events? We're seeking an Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Member Engagement and Growth (MEG) team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful events that connect with our members and employer partners nationwide.

Reporting to the Manager, Engagement Events and Initiatives, you'll be at the heart of our event strategy—coordinating seminars, webinars, and functions that drive member retention and employer engagement.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Event Management Excellence

  • Coordinate end-to-end events including member retirement seminars, employer functions, and webinars across the country
  • Manage all logistics from venue sourcing and site visits to AV setup, catering, and budget oversight
  • Oversee registration systems ensuring accuracy in member and employer data for seamless event experiences
  • Maintain meticulous records of events and outcomes, managing invoices and supplier relationships

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage event calendars and prepare compelling collateral including presentations and handouts
  • Coordinate merchandise and materials through centralised resources and external providers
  • Execute targeted email campaigns to maximise event attendance and engagement
  • Attend select events to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement

Team & Office Collaboration

  • Support regional office operations including marketing collateral management and general support
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain office procedures documentation
  • Provide project support for ad hoc initiatives as needed

 

What you’ll bring:

 

Essential Experience
✅ Proven track record in administration with significant event coordination experience

✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

✅Excellent communication abilities to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders

✅ Self-motivated professional comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision

Technical Skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly mail merge and data entry)

✅ Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

✅ Familiarity with event management systems and registration platforms
