Join HESTA’s newly created Critical Operations & Business Resilience team as the Enterprise Process Manager and lead the development of HESTA’s enterprise process capability. Reporting to the General Manager Critical Operations & Business Resilience, you’ll establish our process framework and governance, drive continuous improvement and partner across HESTA to simplify complexity, strengthen controls, reduce risk and identify opportunities for automation and AI. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior process excellence leader who thrives on influence, challenge and meaningful enterprise-wide change.
What You’ll Do
- Own and continuously improve HESTA’s enterprise process framework, architecture and governance.
- Establish consistent standards, tools and practices for process mapping, documentation and ownership.
- Maintain visibility of critical end-to-end processes, including ownership, risk and improvement priorities.
- Influence process improvement by working with process owners and value-stream mapping initiatives to simplify work, improve quality and enhance member and employee experience.
- Build process capability through practical guidance, education and training.
- Embed risk, compliance and regulatory requirements into process design.
- Identify and escalate material process risks and support audit readiness.
- Lead and develop the team, building capability across process, systems and advisory expertise.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience in enterprise process management, business transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
- Proven experience establishing enterprise process governance, frameworks and standards.
- Strong understanding of process transformation, capability mapping and process monitoring.
- A track record of delivering measurable business improvement and change.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and sound judgement in complex, regulated environments.
- Experience identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and technology to improve processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and Lean Six Sigma, BPM or process excellence certifications will be highly regarded.
