As the Enablement and Delivery Lead, you will report to the Head of Investment Execution and work collaboratively across the broader investments team and other partners including Technology, Project Delivery and Change to ensure uplifts and enhancements are deployed and embedded within our operating processes.

 

You will develop an Enablement and Delivery framework including best practices, checklists, risk assessment tracking and success measures and lead and support the Investment Execution function to ensure business changes are implemented and the team is ready to for future changes.

 

By effectively communicating change impacts and benefits, addressing concerns and resistance, you will translate process change requirements into practical change and training plans. On this journey, you will identify and analyse sources of resistance, particularly among senior stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate and manage opposition.

 

As an experienced financial services operations professional, you will maintain the Business Change Impact Heatmap and take a hands on approach to supporting each team within Investment Execution to address skill and knowledge gaps, develop solutions and ultimately own the embedding of changes, ensuring and day 2 items and tracked and incorporated into future plans.


About you


You will have knowledge and experience of investment operations and other middle and back-office functions in Investment banks or Investment Management organisations such as performance and risk. investment data and investment systems. You will be experienced in managing a range of stakeholders and have a working knowledge of framework creation, risk management and controls in an investment context. 

 

Key to success is experience delivering a range of programs that have required enablement realisation delivery and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently with effective prioritisation. You will have experience supporting scale and capacity creation and thrive on the challenge of helping people change the way they work.
