Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences? We’re looking for an Employee Experience Design Specialist to shape and enhance our employee journey. In this role, you’ll apply human-centred design principles to identify areas for improvement, develop blueprints for change, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:
Experience Design
- Champion and embed human-centred design to co-create meaningful experiences for our employees.
Employee Insights
- Gather and analyse employee experience data using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Synthesize employee feedback to uncover key insights and opportunities for improvement.
Deliver Employee Experience Initiatives
- Lead the engagement action planning framework, collaborating with P&C Business Partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and track action plans.
- Drive initiatives identified through human-centred design to enhance the overall employee experience.
About You:
You have significant experience in employee experience, organisational development, or a related field, with a strong background in delivering human-centred design initiatives. Your analytical skills enable you to translate data into meaningful insights that drive impactful change. You will have experience designing and implementing employee listening tools to measure engagement and satisfaction, and you thrive in project management, successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Your ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with stakeholders ensures the successful execution of employee experience strategies.
