The opportunity

We have a permanent opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our team in Melbourne.  This role will support the compliance team to ensure an effective regulatory environment is maintained and HESTA remains within its appetite for compliance risk. You will work with the compliance team and assist in monitoring and the management of compliance incidents, review disclosures, communication and marketing materials as well as other duties as directed by the compliance team.

We’re looking a team player who has a strong interest in compliance. You will be RG 146 compliant and ideally be tertiary qualified with a degree in business, law, or similar with knowledge of the superannuation and financial services industry as well as strong communications and stakeholder management skills.

What’s in it for you?

  • Access to great benefits, ongoing professional development, generous employer contributions and a market competitive total remuneration package
  • Be part of an ambitious, innovative and inclusive culture, whilst being coached and supported by experienced leaders who genuinely care about their team.
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and grow your career
  • Join one of the largest and fastest growing superannuation funds

HESTA is a great place to work but don’t take our word for it, we were named (again!) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality 2020.

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.

Applications close 5 April 2021
