Client Partnership Manager

Posted Date: 08-Apr-2021

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Company: HESTA Super

Be inspired everyday

At HESTA we’re a leading national superannuation fund dedicated to people working in health and community services – a growing sector of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, day in day out, right across Australia.

More than 880,000 Australians trust HESTA with their money.  So together, we invest $58 billion of savings globally.  We're about creating brighter futures for our members.  And, a better world for generations to come.  Our focus is on helping our members enjoy a retirement they’ve worked hard for.

The opportunity

As the Client Partnership Manager, you will foster, develop and maintain partnerships with key decision makers and stakeholders within the health and community services sector.  You will initiate contact with existing and potential employers with a focus on HESTA as their superannuation provider and increasing membership penetration.  You will also provide assistance with technical queries and identify opportunities to leverage education and advice services offered by the fund.

Ensuring client data is maintained and up to date within the Client Relationship Management System (CRM) and all relevant industrial agreements are proactively monitored are also key components of the role.  When required, you will also support the Member Engagement team to provide our education and advice services to our members.

This role may eventually require regional travel, possibly overnight.  Possession of a current driver’s licence is required, as is a current RG 146 certification.

About you

Ideally (but not essentially) you will have an expert level knowledge of the superannuation industry and its products and services, gained through your experience in a similar role that focused on the development of mutually beneficial partnerships.  You’re comfortable working autonomously but at the same time, thrive on identifying as and being part of a strong, cohesive and results-focused team.  You have a strong growth mindset and are an accomplished manager of relationships and stakeholders and maintain a strong delivery ethos in everything you do.

What’s in it for you?

You will join a growing industry fund that has a welcoming and supportive culture and great conditions.  This is your chance to gain career building experience and exposure to an expanding industry.  Once you have completed probation, we also invest in your development by giving you a training budget and eight days off each year for you to attend approved courses and events.
