Are you an experienced Change Partner ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our team on a 12-month maximum term contract, providing strategic and tactical people change support to our Risk and Regulatory Change projects.

 

Please  note this is a 12 Month Maximum Term Contract.

 

Your day will see you:

As our Change Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our organisation navigates change. You’ll work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver people-focused change solutions that drive business success and a positive employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a busy, fast-paced environment where your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be highly valued.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities at both team and organisational levels using structured methodologies
  • Develop and implement change strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance
  • Oversee and deliver effective change communications
  • Define and track success metrics, reporting on change progress and risks
  • Coach and mentor senior leaders and executives to drive successful change sponsorship
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth delivery of change initiatives
  • Support multiple concurrent projects, focusing on the intersection of risk and people change.

 

About You:

You’re an experienced change manager with a strong strategic skillset, comfortable looking at the bigger picture while ensuring effective delivery on the ground. You’re proactive, collaborative, and passionate about mentoring leaders to think ahead and embrace new ways of working.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in change management roles, with a focus on employee transition and engagement
  • Expertise in developing and executing change management and communications strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including at executive level
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Technical knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI or similar), organisational development, and internal communications
  • Previous experience in managing change in risk and regulatory projects
  • Previous experience in financial services or industry superannuation funds (highly desirable)

 

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Accreditation in a recognised change methodology (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or relevant post-graduate qualifications (desirable)
