Are you passionate about driving projects to success, have a knack for strategic thinking and love diving into the world of Investments? As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Partner to join our Enterprise Project Delivery team to lead a team of project professionals delivering projects on behalf of our Investments team.
Are you are a seasoned project management professional with a passion for driving strategic initiatives in the finance or superannuation industry? As the Business Partner for Enterprise Project Delivery you will manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational methodologies and frameworks.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining project deliverables, benefits, and timelines and collaborate with executives, general managers, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects. Leading a squad of project professionals, you will also have the opportunity to establish and guide a community of practice to enhance capabilities in specific project disciplines.
 

Your day will see you:

  • Delivering a portfolio of projects in line with organizational methodologies.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to uplift project delivery capabilities.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Establishing communities of practice for continuous improvement in project disciplines.

 

About you:

  • Proficient in project management methods, tools, and templates.
  • Superannuation, fund management or custodian experience - processes, systems, data
  • Knowledge of Portfolio/Order Management and Risk platforms such as Simcorp Dimension & Blackrock Aladdin.
  • Detailed knowledge of investment operations and working with Investment Managers.
  • Data and data management processes
  • Understanding of market data vendors such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing teams for performance improvement.
  • Expertise in defining business requirements, process mapping, and business process improvement.
