As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. You will identify, establish & cultivate mutually beneficial employer relationships to drive member growth, transition new partners to the Business Growth Team and increase the percentage of members within our default partners.

 

About you:

 

You will have a financial services sales background (prior superannuation experience will be highly regarded) and you are comfortable engaging over the phone and via Zoom to discuss HESTA’s products and services with employers. You will demonstrate the ability to drive member growth through strategic partner relationships and implement innovative engagement strategies. You are meticulous in ensuring you record your partner interactions within the CRM. 
Ideally you are RG146 certified, but this can be completed once you start.
