Transform Data into Strategic Insights 

Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable business insights? We are seeking a talented Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our data-driven decision-making.

You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining advanced analytics solutions that drive business success. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful insights.

💫 What You'll Do

• Design and develop powerful analytics products and dashboards
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance our analytics platform and suite of tools
• Support organization-wide analytics capability through training and mentorship
• Drive continuous improvement in our data visualization and reporting solutions

🎓 What You'll Bring

• Proven proficiency with SQL and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, advanced Excel)
• Experience working with AWS cloud tools (preferred)
• Track record of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience in rapid development environments and agile methodologies
• Background in superannuation or financial services (preferred)
• Business analysis and modeling capabilities
