Lead Analytics Innovation at HESTA

 

Are you a visionary Analytics Leader ready to shape the future of data-driven decision making in superannuation?

 

We're seeking an experienced Analytics Solutions Lead to drive our data transformation journey. You'll lead a talented team delivering game-changing analytics solutions that directly impact our members' financial futures.

 

Your day will see you:

  • Lead the design, uplift and maintenance of our distributed analytics platform
  • Development of innovative data products and insights that drive business value
  • Strategic transformation of our analytics capabilities
  • Mentoring & leading a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Proactively delivering strategic and tactical insights to HESTA business teams

 

About You:

  • Proven track record leading BI/Analytics teams in delivering outstanding analytics services and experiences for business customers
  • Experience in Tableau (Cloud, Desktop, Prep) & AWS Cloud (Redshift) highly desirable
  • Experience in Implementing and maintaining analytics data-models and delivery pipelines
  • Experience in both proactive insight generation and cyclical reporting contexts
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills
  • Deep technical knowledge in modern analytics platforms
  • Experience in financial services (superannuation preferred)
