Bridge the Gap Between Data and Business Success!

We're seeking an Analytics Partner to join our Empowered Intelligence team where you will connect business strategy with data-driven solutions, turning complex information into actionable insights.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how data analytics drives business outcomes in a dynamic environment. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, with scope to influence both immediate and long-term organisational success.

Your day will see you:
•    Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data analytics can drive value
•    Develop and deliver strategic insights using advanced analytics tools
•    Create and maintain shared roadmaps for data-driven initiatives
•    Provide expert guidance in data analytics and product capabilities
•    Conduct financial and scenario modelling to support business decisions

About you:
•    Proficiency in analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, or advanced Excel)
•    Working knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (AWS)
•    Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
•    Experienced in financial modelling and business analysis
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
•    Prior experience in a similar role within superannuation or financial services
•    Track record in rapid development environments
