HESTA is seeking a hands-on Analytics Enablement Specialist for 6-months to help our Empowered Intelligence Team deliver at a sustainable pace, supporting our people, embedding capability across the business, and driving adoption of our analytics products through great training and product experiences.

Why this role matters

In this 6-month contract, you'll be a force-multiplier for our analytics and data science team, helping drive pace in delivery while maintaining a relentless focus on value. You'll coach Agile practices, support the team's delivery rhythm, create training that sticks, and refine our analytics experiences so people actually want to use them.

What you’ll do

• Support the team's delivery rhythm: coach Agile principles, lead delivery rituals, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Refine the product experience: partner with Empowered Intelligence to shape a prioritised backlog and continuously improve the end-user experience.
  • Build capability across the business: work with stakeholders, SMEs, and leaders to embed analytics capability and confidence org-wide.
  • Drive adoption and engagement: helping people get real value from our analytics tools through education, onboarding and knowledge management.
  • Deliver insight when it counts: perform ad-hoc analysis and help translate discoveries into actionable outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Expertise with Agile/Scrum delivery, coaching, and facilitation (Scrum Master and Product Owner certification a plus).
• Experience supporting change and building capability in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• A knack for training and stakeholder engagement — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
