We’re looking for an Analyst – Portfolio Operations to join our Investment Execution team on a 12 month maximum term contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep the investment engine running smoothly supporting transactions, managing cashflows, and ensuring our systems and data are accurate so trading decisions can happen with confidence. 

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, including custodians and investment managers, to coordinate day-to-day portfolio activity across a range of asset classes. It’s fast-paced, detail-oriented, and critical to how we deliver for members. 

What you’ll do 

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations across multiple asset classes  
• Prepare daily reconciliations to enable accurate and timely trading  
• Manage investment-related payments and portfolio cashflows  
• Liaise with internal teams, custodians and external managers to resolve queries  
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce risk and improve efficiency  

What you’ll bring 

• Experience in investment or portfolio operations (super fund, fund manager or custodian preferred)  
• Understanding of financial instruments and investment processes  
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset  
• Confidence working with systems and data (Excel in particular)  
• A collaborative approach and ability to build effective working relationships
