We’re growing our Incident Management function and are seeking two experienced analysts to help us manage and resolve incidents across our superannuation and insurance operations.

These are not entry-level roles - we’re looking for people who bring initiative, critical thinking, and confidence to lead incidents end-to-end. One role will focus on operational incidents (e.g. contributions, rollovers, member services), while the other will specialise in insurance incidents (e.g. claims handling, underwriting, insurer coordination).

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a risk-aware mindset, and want to drive meaningful outcomes for members - we’d love to hear from you.

Please note these are 12-month maximum term contracts.

What You'll Do:
•    Manage and analyse operational & insurance incidents
•    Conduct initial assessments and documentation of incidents
•    Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams for incident resolution
•    Liaise with key partners and stakeholders

You're Perfect for This Role If You Have:
•    3+ years of experience in superannuation or insurance incident management or similar roles
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

What Sets You Apart:

Insurance Analyst:
•    Experience in insurance operations, claims, or administration within superannuation or financial services.
•    Strong understanding of group insurance (TPD, Death, IP) and how it interacts with fund rules and trustee obligations.
•    Ability to manage complex issues independently and engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
•    Clear, concise communicator with strong documentation skills.
•    Exposure to complaints, risk events, or compliance reporting is highly regarded.

Operations Analyst
•    Demonstrated experience in operational incident or issue management within superannuation, financial services, or regulated environments.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to suit the audience (including executives and regulators).
•    Comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment, and managing competing priorities.
•    Working knowledge of RG 271, RG 277, SPS 515 or other relevant compliance frameworks (preferred).
•    Experience mentoring others or leading process improvement work is highly regarded.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career in the superannuation/insurance sector while working for an organisation of purpose.
