About the role

This is a chance to bring your agile expertise into a marketing environment and see your coaching make a real difference. You will guide the Brand and Marketing team on agile principles, helping them plan, deliver and improve their ways of working. You will also lead end-to-end marketing delivery, from roadmap and OKR planning through to daily standups and retros, while championing continuous improvement and exploring how AI tools can support the team. As our Marketing Iteration Specialist, you will

• Coach agile ceremonies, sprint planning and retros across the Brand and Marketing team
• Lead planning for annual roadmaps , quarterly OKRs and sprint delivery
• Build reporting and metrics that track progress and highlight improvement opportunities
• Champion continuous improvement, including exploring AI tools to support the team's ways of working

About you

You are an experienced Scrum Master or Iteration Manager who knows how to bring people along on an agile journey, particularly those balancing agile practices alongside their core role. You are comfortable adapting agile frameworks to a marketing context rather than a traditional software setting, and you bring strong organisational skills, flexibility and a natural ability to build relationships across a team. • Certified Scrum Master or Iteration Manager, with solid experience as a practitioner
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience coaching agile teams with a strong track record of delivery
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of a team
