Be inspired everyday – let your work make a difference #Superwithimpact
More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.
We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.
The opportunity – ‘Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life’ #careerswithimpact
This is your chance to build a career at the intersection of growth, relationships and purpose. You'll own a portfolio of partners across the health and community services sector within Tasmania, shaping the strategies that grow HESTA's membership and strengthen the retirement outcomes of the people who care for all of us. Along the way, you'll sharpen your commercial acumen, raise your profile across a national Growth team, and take genuine ownership of how you run your patch.
About the role:
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of employer and industry partners, developing service plans that convert prospects to HESTA default status and lift member engagement across your patch. Expect a genuine mix of relationship management, strategic planning and hands-on member education,[LW1.1] with regular travel to see partners face to face.
- Develop and deliver strategic service plans across your partner portfolio, covering networking, events, sponsorship and digital activity
- Identify and convert leads for HESTA default status, working closely with the Business Development and Member Engagement teams
- Represent HESTA at industry and partner events, building our profile with key partners
- Deliver general advice and education sessions to members as part of a well-rounded portfolio
About you:
You bring a track record of growth in a relationship-led environment, and you know how to read a room, whether that's a partner boardroom or a member education session. Experience in superannuation, insurance or financial services will help you hit the ground running.
You'll need your RG146 accreditation (or equivalent) and a current driver's licence for regional travel.
This is a highly autonomous role. The successful candidate will need strong self-management skills, sound judgement and the ability to plan and deliver results independently.
