About the role
Join HESTA as a Retirement Adviser and put your expertise to work for the people who spend their careers looking after others, nurses, aged care workers, allied health professionals and community services staff. You'll provide personal advice and broader guidance on super and retirement, mostly one-on-one and occasionally through group seminars, helping members make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with real confidence.
- Provide limited personal advice and guidance across superannuation and retirement strategy, primarily through one-on-one member engagement
- Deliver clear, compliant Statements of Advice and support group seminars that build members' financial confidence
- Stay current on Fund benefits, legislation and regulatory requirements, and escalate risk issues promptly and appropriately
About you
- You're an experienced adviser who knows how to build rapport quickly and explain super in a way people actually understand and act on.
- Registered on the ASIC Financial Advice Register (FAR) and have completed the FASEA exam
- Experience as a Financial Planner, with a solid grasp of the advice process and regulatory landscape
- Comfortable working autonomously, communicating with people at all levels, and building genuine client relationships
