Implementation Coordinator

The opportunity

 

This role will be part of a team of Super Experts and responsible for supporting HESTA planners, advisers and members to deliver a streamlined member experience associated with advice outcome implementation.  Reporting to the General Manager, Member Engagement, you will liaise with both the team and members to understand member advice and work with our Xplan platform to administer and implement relevant documentation.  This role is required to act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure member advice is finalised and implemented in a timely and accurate manner.  More broadly, you will support our members through the information exchange process and partner with our fund administrator to follow up and track the status of members change requests.  

 

Our members have spent their working lives helping others and we play a significant role in developing their financial confidence and retirement readiness.


About you

 

You have experience working within the financial services and/or superannuation sector and have a passion for helping members achieve improved financial outcomes in retirement. You are skilled in administration and coordination and pride yourself on your work ethic and attention to detail.  You have experience working with sensitive information and can work autonomously and with initiative.  Further, you possess communication skills that allow you to interact with a variety of stakeholders that will allow you to drive positive outcomes for our members.
